On the morning of March 4th, a heartfelt charity event was held at the Sancang Town Nursing Home, organized by the Dongtai Charity Foundation and the Dongtai Volunteer Association, with support from Jiangsu Haitel Machinery Co., Ltd. and the Sancang Town Nursing Home.
Themed around promoting and practicing the spirit of Lei Feng, the event brought together 30 dedicated volunteers, who expressed care and respect for the elderly through practical actions. Their presence and services brought warmth and joy to the residents, embodying the values of respecting, honoring, and helping the elderly — a tradition that remains unwavering.
With firm dedication and a strong sense of mission, the Dongtai Volunteer Association continues its commitment to regularly visit the elderly at local nursing homes. Through these visits, volunteers aim to provide small but meaningful services that brighten the lives of the elderly and bring smiles to their faces.
