Not to produce or sell counterfeit patented products or infringe on others’ patent rights.
Not to produce or sell products that violate trademark laws or infringe on exclusive rights of registered trademarks.
Not to produce, sell, or disseminate copyrighted materials or products illegally.
Not to engage in unfair competition in the market.
